Thought of the day

Everything in life; good or bad, happens for a reason. Some people may agree or may not, but I truly believe this. Things that happen to you people may not understand at the time why this is happening. But later on you will.

I wanted a job in North Carolina after I graduated from College, I didn't get the job. I was so upset. I always wanted to move down south and meet the man of my dreams, now I had no clue what I was going to do. Well a few short months after I landed a full time job at a city club in Buffalo, NY (which is where I'm from) a few months after that I found out my sister was pregnant with her first child! Everything went smoothly for her until she went into labor 6 weeks early. Andrew was born July 10th 2014 at 3:15 pm a short 3 in a half hours of labor for my sister, but Andrew was little and sick. He had to stay in the NICU at the hospital for 18 days. On the 19th we got amazing news that he was strong enough to go home! Let me back up and tell you that the day after Andrew was born the Nurses and doctors prepared my sister and her husband that Andrew was just too sick that he may not make it. That was not going to happen and Andrew did not agree with them and 18 days later was able to come home. Looking back at this situation that my family went through I now understood why I didn't get the position in North Carolina; I had the be in Buffalo for my sister, my family and Andrew and I could not be happier. I have an amazing nephew who is completely healthy who is growing like a weed.

I also this past summer met an amazing guy who I am currently dating who I believe is the man I have been waiting for my whole life. For that moment of being disappointed that I didn't get the job in North Carolina helped create the happiness I am experiencing now!

So next time you have a bad thing happen to you, just wait better things are on your way.

Much love & happiness
